Skyview Cottage

Linen is provided. Towels are not included.

Electricity is not included in the rental price. There is a coin operated electricity meter (£1 coins).

Arrival time is 3pm or later on the first day and departure time is 10am on the last day. The cottage must be left reasonably clean and tidy.

A travel cot is usually available.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at a cost of £10 per week per dog. They must be kept on a lead at all times on the farm and communal areas. Restricted to downstairs and not left alone in the cottage.

Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.

30% deposit required with booking before any booking can be confirmed (this is non-refundable).  Any balance is due six weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

A £100 breakage deposit is required with the final payment.  This will be cashed and fully returned upon the cottage being vacated to the full satisfaction of the owners. Any accidental damage will be funded from the breakage deposit.

In the event of cancellation after the balance has been paid, this will be refunded if the cottage has rented out again within the short notice cancellation period.

Spring, Autumn and Winter weekend breaks are available, when arrival and departure dates can be flexible.
